DISCLAIMERBy purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions below.Please read the entirety of this and carefully. I have the right to refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms. If you do not agree to the stated conditions then do not request a commission.
GENERAL
Personal commissions are not first come first serve. I manually select what I consider to fit my art style and personal preferences from the submissions received.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any given time. You will be refunded accordingly for any unfinished work that was made. (No work: Full refund/Partial work: Partial refund)
I will be uploading all finished work to my social media/portfolio, as well as my personal paysites such as Patreon. A fee for NDA will be required not to do so.
My art is never to be used to train, edit or replicate my work with AI generative tools. (including videos, touchups, animations, and more) Any encouragement or discussion about such things is prohibited.
The client must be at least 18 years (or older) to commission me. If you are found to be younger than 18 your commission will be canceled.
The client will not issue a chargeback under any circumstance whatsoever. If you are not satisfied with the commission then please contact me so we may resolve the issue.
Artwork files/folder will be sent via FromSmash.com. If for any reason you do not consent or wish it to be received from a different source, please let me know ahead of time.
PROCESS
You will be notified on most of the following checkpoints below. Some checkpoints may not occur depending on the type of commission. Please feel free to message me regarding the current progress or check trello for your status in the queue.Do Not spam message my dms.
Gathering of references (Time changes depending on the complexity of the commission.)
Thumbnail sketching (Only on larger and more complex commissions.)

REVISIONS
As many revisions can be done during the sketch phase. Abuse of the revision policy will cause the Cancellation of your commission. I reserve the right to determine what is considered an abuse of this revision policy.
Revisions past the sketch phase will be subjected to a fee ranging from lowest +$15 USD and higher depending on the amount of scraped work.
You will not be subjected to a fee due to critical errors in the Commission, such as missing documented/agreed upon features, as it was a fault on my end
PAYMENTS
Payments will either be made by a Paypal invoice or through VGen.
(Vgen option not opened at this time)I will generally charge 50% upon agreement and once the commission has passed the reference gathering phase of my process. The other 50% is Due upon completion of the commission.
A late fee of +$15% will occur after 7 days have past since notifying the client of the completed commission.You will not receive the files listed below if completion payment is not made.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERYEstimated time of completion is typically 3-4 weeks for larger and complex commissions and 1-3 weeks for smaller or moderate sized commissions. This is subject to change depending on complexity, Irl conflict, rush requests, and/or the type of commission. You will be notified if such delays occur.Check trello site (queue) to see the current status of your commission.
Clients will receive:- 4 Full-Resolutions files: (1 Raw Png, 1 Raw Jpg, 1 Noise png, 1 Noise Jpg)- 4 Compressed files: (Same as above)- More versions/extras may be given depending on commission type and/or if requested.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS/USAGE
Prices are set for non-commercial and personal use.
You may print the commissioned artwork but only for personal use. DO NOT print in bulk with the intention of selling without commercial rights.
For commercial fees (Usage on merchandise or websites like Patreon) see Commercial Rights under Pricing.
Personal commissions cannot be used to create or sell merchandise, or with the intention of making profit.
NFT usage is forbidden
Do not claim my work as your own or remove my signature. (A copy without it may be provided if requested with an additonal fee of +$10%)
Client must credit the artist where the artwork is used. Please use @Mr_Meepo on X and other relevant @’s according to the posted website. Or, link one of my socials preferably X. (Formerly known as twitter)
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION
The client will be refunded accordingly for any unfinished work if a refund occurs. Below are some reasons a refund/cancellation may be held.Commissions are NOT refundable once I have finished them.
The time frame established is not met.
Lack of agreement between both parties.
Breaking of T.O.S
etc...
I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason.
Commission payments are generally NOT refundable, but may occur depending on events.

Commercial fees are for clients intending to make a profit off of the artwork (NOT upon payment). Below are fee amounts depending on use of artwork. Commercial fees are a ONE TIME PAYMENT.Bigger subjects like royalties must be discussed.
